97' Turbo Fuel Mileage

I asked elsewhere but I'll try here as well. My truck is a 97' F-250 4X4 with a long bed & ext cab. It is completely stock. It has had very few problems. It's history is:cam speed sensor has gone bad several times. Valve cover gasket ( driver's side ) shorted out & fried part of the wiring harness, several injectors the fuel control computer. Most recently the fuel lift pump died. Before the lift pump went I've been getting 18 city/21-22 Highway at 65m.p.h. & 15/18 at 75-80 m.p.h. Since the lift pump repair it's getting 13/15 no matter how I drive it. It just turned 100K. I've tried several brands of fuel. I use a anti gel/fuel conditioner. Any opinions??
