Squishy Brakes

2001 F550 and ive got squishy brakes. We just did a motor swap and before we switched anything, they were working fine. I refilled the powersteering and purged the lines, but it still dont seem like there is any pedal there. They work but its really soft and goes almost to the floor before they really start grabbing.

The brakes are in good condition and the fluid is full as well. Any suggestions?

bleed them again front and back and at the rabs valve located on the frame rail if it has one

What's on the back, drums or disk?

On the back is disk. It has an ABS unit but the unit works all four wheels. It is located on the front frame rail under the drivers side battery. So I purge the lines at that location?
