Rough Idle, Lack of Power

Hi all, I am new to this forum and have a question.
I recently aquired a 1997 F250HD 4x4, It seems to have a rough idle, rough enough the whole truck shakes. I thought it might have been the flywheel, so I put a new rear main seal, flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, etc.... It helped remove some of the shake at idle, but it still seems to be running rough. The truck was sitting for 8 months when i bought it, and I drained the tanks, and have changed all the fluids. Any clue as to what might be causing the shake? The motor mounts appear to be ok.

Thanks in advance for any responses!
