97f250HD vacuum problem....please help
on the driver side fender well there is a small vacuum motor and a small vacuum tower i guess you would call it with inlets for four vacuum lines mounted to the top of the fender well. I had the truck apart and unfortunately forgot to mark where these vacuum lines go in order to hook every thing up again. Starting from the inlet furthest to the right i know that one goes to the brake booster, the third one goes to the heater controls and the fourth goes to the air pump. the second line fell off its a short line and i dont know where it goes...also the small vacuum line on the back of the little motor next to the electrical plug in...i cant find that line and where it hooks too.....if anyone knows i would appreciate it

As you are looking at the "tower" from the drivers fender...from left to right:
1. hose goes to vacuum pump, the one that runs off of the engine 2. hose goes to heater core 3. hose runs into sensor to on the side of the "tower" (I keep quoting you because I don't know what it actually is, I think it is a proportioning block for the various devices) 4. hose goes to brake booster |

Hey guys, what is this thing actually callled? if i have the wire hooked to it, my brake light is on, always. if I leave it unhooked, the light goes off, but the light will not cycle upon start up therefore it won't pass a DOT inspection.
