Angry 97' CEL off=runs good, CEL light on=poor running

Just sent out my hpop to find out its fine. Cleaned my old IPR and added new o-rings. Just replaced my injector o-rings on my stage 1's. I don't have any chips installed. Just my 20k mod and IDM mod. Cold start runs fine and runs like a champ, rolling coal and pulling well. After awhile the CEL appears and it turns into a slug. Almost like my engine brake is on a little bit. Not a lot of smoke and sometimes doesn't want to return to idel when clutch is engaged. If I turn it off or it stalls it will not restart. This is when I replaced my IPR rings with the kit thinking that was going to fix. Had it on a scanner, wasn't an AE but he said it will read it. He pulled up P0F0F multiple times and one P1f1f. He then cleared it while it was running and I drove off. It ran good again. Smoke returned and power. Didn't come back on all the way home. See how tomorrow goes. Your thoughts?

Yea. I unplugged the exhaust pressure regulator sensor and its running better but still after awhile the cel comes on and it runs worse. Not as bad as before but little smoke comes out and it likes to stall out.

it seems like its dropping injectors. hows the idle? Id look into the UVCHs, the valve cover gaskets, the connectors. the idm, the pcm. seems like a burnt connection or something
