check engine light????

Does this sound like anything anyones ever experienced.. Ill be driving along at speed and the engin with just start spuddering and running all funny no power the check eng light comes on. I just put the cluthc in turn the key off and pull the pedel out restarting the motor. Everything runs fine then or ill have to do it 3 or 4 times and then its fine somtimes it will just act up for a second and recover itself or it will do it for 30 seconds and recover it self but check engin light will still be on.. It had a pcm error code and cps when ive check it from time to time but other than that nothing.. any ideas??

Figure out what the codes are, it kinda sounds like something could be wrong with the harness under the valve cover. Have you replaced the cps ever?
