need help! truck wont start!

ok heres the deal. fired my truck up the other morning and let it warmup outside for bout twenty mins. i then went to drive it i got about a block away and she started chokin and dyin on me so i hit the throttle a bit to try and keep it runnin and the truck started blowing all kinds of blue and white smoke and then finally died. i havent been able to get it to restart since. i did the diesel 911 routine from power service and i also replaced the fuel filter thinking it might be gelled fuel. im at a lose on what it might be so any testing suggestions or ideas please lemme know asap!! this truck is my only mode of transport! thanks

btw the truck is a 96 ford f-350 powerstroke

Have you had it buzz tested? could be the idm
