fuel solenoid

I have a 95 F350 PS. Alright I know what this problem is I was just hoping that someone my have a write up on the fuel solenoid. I have a cold and don't have a warm place to do this so I want to do it asap. Here are the symptoms. The truck starts and runs fine for a while then it will start to run rough like its running out of fuel. The gauage says over a quarter full. I switch tanks and the power comes back. I have ran all the fuel out of that tank and put new in. No change. When I run off the back tank all is well. So Im pretty sure its the fuel solenoid. Any help on replacing the fuel solenoid will be appreicated.
