Rattling Noise
When I let me clutch out and my truck is idling I have a rattling noise. When I press the clutch in the noise goes away. Is this the throw out bearing? If I let this go for a while will it cause any damage?

If I give it a little gas or it is on high idle (cold outside) the rattle also goes away
