boost loss

so im driving and at street speed i get a noise come from my exhaust sounds like a static TV or a kinds loud SHHHHHH only happens when its below 35 degrees outside any input would be nice

it is the exhaust back pressure valve that closes when it is cold, to warm your vehicle quickly.
nothing dangerous

ok i hacked off my exhaust at the back of the cab so it was super loud and freaked me the hell out so when it happens just let it case when i hit the throttle it goes away or when i back off of it to

You can delete it for a 50 degree egt drop almost
