I was told the this site could answer me some questions. I have a 1997 PSD with an edge programer my problem is when you first step into the throtle there seems to be a surge in power momentarily then it seems to fall off and excelerate like a slugish diesel does. Could this be a fuel supply problem due to the lift pump? It seems to be worse on the higher settings of the programer. Can someone help

it could be or a dirty injector check your fuel preasure at the filter it should be like 60 to 70 lbs

1997 F350 4 door long bed
410 rear end, 5 speed 4in down pipe to 6in tip
cold air intake , superchip 18k mod, cps upgrade
turbo upgrade, 180 cc injectors

check fuel filter and pressure, but it kinda sounds to me to be bad IPR or IPR O-Rings
