#3 cylinder is 100PSI lower than the rest
My #3 cylinder is 100 psi lower than the rest and my truck runs really rough. What's my best option? I live un baton rouge la and need some major help!

Figure out if it's the cylinder/piston, broken rings, polished cylinder walls, bent or leaking valves. Leak down test or otherwise.
