Fuel Filter Drain issue...
I am getting a water in fuel light so i try to drain the filter bowl using the littly yellow drain valve. Nothin drains out on the ground so i'm guessing the drain is plugged up. Does anyone know where the drain line is or how i can unclog this? This is really annoying having to constantly pull the filter to drain off any accumulated water. Anyone know how to solve this?

the tube connects to the drain valve and just drops down behind the motor in my superduty, yours should be the same. open the valve turn the switch on for a few seconds the fuel pressure should blow it clear. just a thought

Did you open it with the truck running. If its a OBS powerstroke you got a mechanical pump so their is no pressure and a air lock when its not running.
