TONY WILDMAN..CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! PLS READ!!

i had a problem with my chip,BIG problems. we all know that tony takes his time with burning our chips.its well worth the wait,i asure you! ive heard alot about tony's tunes and this is why i bought em. i recently had my chip sent back in for a reburn due to upgrades on my truck. the chip came back and there was some malfunction with the chip.tony is a very busy person i hear and is somtimes HARD to get a hold of.well i caught him when he was not busy and told him of the problems i was having...the conversation was brief but fella's,im smiling ear to ear right now.im not gonna discuss what he did for me,because that is his biz,BUT he fixed the problem and fixed it fast!!! i was so upset when this problem arose,i was pitching a fit,so im writing to apologize to tony wildman publicly and to fellow org members for wasting the minute or two that it took to read my rant.i wish i could give you that minute of your life back. so,i apologize for my ignorance and inpatient behavoir, tony and org members. whoever says tony wildman has poor customer relations is pure ignorant, much like i was...sorry fella's

Good product! Never had to have any service yet. Talked with him once at time of purchase and have nothing but good things to say too.

Good job Tony!
