Should I change the cups?
First post ever so here goes. I have the engine out of my 96 F350 to change the timing cover that was cracked at the flange that bolted to the oil cooler (mysterious water leak, crack ran down to the water transfer tunnel). While I have the motor on a stand I'm changing the glow plugs and am going to change the injector orings. Just rolled over 300,000 miles with no real problems just did not want to put it back in the truck to find out the orings were starting to go. My question is if I change the injector orings is it necessary to change the cups?

Might as well if you have it all apart. That way if one ever does crack you don't have to mess around fighting everything in your way.

Oh yes for no more than what they cost its pretty cheap insurance to go ahead and change them
