Help= steering binding while turning (newbie)
'97 F-350- 99,750 miles. Just started yesterday- when turning at slow speed, steering feels like it is binding. this comes and goes, almost like there was no power stering fluid (checked that and its up to level). Feels like an intermittent pump failure (?), any one got some ideas for me? Thanks in advance... It is doing the same thing when the front wheels are off the ground, but not so bad. i have been running 285/75-16 for the past 56,000 miles with no issues, no apparent leaks
