runs bad

i am working on a 95 powerstroke it has 365000 miles when you start it it really had to start by cranking it it is easyer to pull start the truck once you get it to start it acts like it is hitting on one cylinder and you have to hold it wide open and it runs at 500 rpm and it will get better but it take 15 min. before it gets to running good enough to drive after about 230 min. it runs great i started out and change the oil and checked codes it had 340 cam pos. but i think that is from running back thanks

change the cam position sensor 160 dolar gamble but it workedfor me
