something acting up at full throttle

hey guys

wounder if anyone knows the problem. i have a 96 7.3 that has a bully dog 6 pos. chip and 3in down pipe. other then that it is stock but. it seems that when im at a dead stop or crusin down the road and smash on it it seems lift it doesnt want to go anywere. what i mean is that the motor rpms like drop down and it just stays there until i let off. it does this in stock mode and performance.

please help

How many miles are one the truck, im no techie but i was thinking either your HPOP or your IPR. Im sure someone else will come along to either confirm or reject my response

Or does anyone think it might have anything to do with chip?
cause i dont like the bully dog at all going to go with DP,s chip with "sled pull mod" ha ha ha watch out Buck here i come.

Wow, I missed this thread, first thing I would do is get the codes pulled and see what shows up and post them here, we can go from there.
