NO throttle! PO221

OK, just got my re-writer in today from EDGE and successfully programmed back to stock. then with the new re-programmer edge evolution i successfully programmed it to extreme. OK started up the truck and ...... no throttle i pulled the P0221 code from the scanner. ok so i pulled the TPS off my 97 F350 and put it on my 95 F350 "the problem one im talking about." Still no throttle! i put the 95 TPS on my 97 and it runs like a champ! The P0221 says "Throttle/Pedal Position Switch B Circuit Range/Performance" my question is where is switch B? Is it the IVS? I know there are 2 sensors on the pedal. any Info would be appreciated! and i know Edge isnt the way to go but im currently in the process of making my own custom tunes and this will have to do until then! any help with the P0221 code would be of much help! thanks

Update! Still no throttle but IVS is in working order i pushed on the throttle and the IVS clicked and with a test light to the maroon wire with a orange stripe it illuminated! i have cleared the codes a couple of times but i have noticed with the key on engine off it will still pull code PO211 after i cleared the DTC's! The truck is a 1995 F350 I have also unplugged the ICP while at idle and it STALLS and dies! like you turn the key off! I have checked all the fuses in cab and under hood they are all good. Oh and the truck is a 5speed! i have read on other posts about no dash and no throttle but i believe they were on automatics thus having to do with the OD switch shorting out or something in the steering column. any help would be awesome!

Just a side note, I've heard a lot of tuners won't even work on a 94.5-95 truck. This may be why it is causing you headaches.

Turned out to be a short in the steering column on the wire that goes to the on/off button on the overdrive switch on the end of the shift lever.

It was actually the overdrive on/off button on the end of the shift lever that was shorted, just open up the steering column and you will see where it has been rubbing.
