You will need to bleed the oil system. I know that much hopefully some one will be here that can help you out some more. |

You can either keep craking it and it will build oil up there or pull the allen plug on the resevoir and fill it up.
Also check and make sure you got the gear on the front back on straight, if it just a little crooked the bolt won't tighten right and the gear will just spin on the shaft. |

Crank for about 10 sec. at a time and let your starter catch it's breath. And yes I second filling your hpop res prior to tryin to start. When you get it running blow the cobwebs out of it to get all the air out of the system.

Oil Pump Press
I PUT A PRESS GAUGE ON IT AND I GET ZERO POUNDS, I CAN PUT MY THUMB OVER THE BLEEDER PORT AND CAN HOLD THE PRESS IN. HAS ANYONE EVER DEALT WITH THE EDGE FILTER IN THE PUMP, I KNOW THAT THE OIL PUMP HAS TO MAKE 500 PSI TO FIRE THE INJECTORS

have you filled the resevoir with oil yet? This will help prime the pump.
