7.3 glow plugs for a 1995

Been failing glow plugs and I was wondering what the most common cause of this is and which is the best brand to use.Also I am going to do myself this time,if anyone has any instruction it would be great.Thanks

are they all dying on the same cyl or bank?? What is the resistence reading when they fail?? might help to diag. your problem

use the motorcraft zd or zf 11 glow plugs.not sure of the letters.other brands have been known to swell and break off in the cylinder.

be real carfull taking them out, some times thay'll get hot and "bell"or become oval and wont want to come out of the head. just take ur time and be carfull
