Hello sir I've a,1997-7.3 had water in the IDM. Replace that. Now IPR DutyCy.55%, ICPabsolute 548.3 psi, ICP.92V, EBPAbso. 17.51 psi, EBPVolts 1.23@ idle.@ 30 mph hits limp mode. I replaced, glow plugs GPsolenoid, valve cvs., one of the Valve Cvr. Plug Harness they all tested good , glow plug wire was melted on inside plug harness, replaced that 1. Resealed IPR, new CSPsensor afterPO344. Cleaned EBP tube. Replaced pickup screens, cleaned the fuel cells, lines, cell selection valve, return scrn, etc. Rear to front, system is clean. Inj.s pasted ohm&Buzz test, passed contribution test, Removed HPOP reservoir to clean. Refilled the reservoir, then fired it up. The IPR duty cyl. was @ 14%, Inj. Pres. Absolute 752psi. @ idle (on the road fair amount of throttle)1146 psi, ICP 2.06, EBP volts 1.24 – PSI 17.84)Ran great for 1 hour, accel. to 60 mph several times. shut truck off-about 2min. After long crank It was right back to 55% duty cyl. & shunting engine down @ 30 ish mph. ?Ideas Thank U
