Electrical Problems, gauges going wild

Hi Guys

My PSD 02 starts acting up. All in a sudden,all the gauges including all dash lights come on and off . The radio cuts out and the dome lights, if door is open, on and off. Sometimes, when I start the truck up everything works fine and then when it warms up it is going just crazy. It almost looks like the gauges recalibrate themselves on and on and on..... . Very disturbing. I checked the voltage, batteries, alternator ....., just fine. The only thing I can hear is a relay clicking behind the dash. I pulled the codes and cleared them. ( 1690, 05620) No difference.


I would appreciate any help or hints to solve this problem.
