rough idle

I have a 95 powerstroke, that just recently started idling extremly rough on start up it almost seems like its gonna stall but after about two minutes it picks back up and other then that it runs fine all day. any thoughts would be great guys thanks.

is the oil in good shape and full , do you have a way of pulling codes , you could have a fuel pressure problem ,oil pressure problem or and injector or two causing rough idle cold , need to start with basics, and do a little diag
