Runs till get warm then stalls

I have bought a 97 PS and it runs great till the thermostat opens and then it will lose power, turbo won't work and stall out all with in the 15-30 seconds of the thermostat opening. After 1-2 hours it will start again and run till it gets warm. I have changed CPS cheked for fuel in the filter and it pumping also. I am at a loss. There were other post saying the same thing but noone has said how to fix it. please help Thanks

IPR= injector pressure regulator
it on the driveside of the HPOP (high pressure oil pump) and it is under the fuel bowl.you can fine then on e-bay pretty cheap or you can get a o-ring kit for them.it will be a messy job.you will have about 1qt of oil come out plus you may have to remove the fuel bowl.(that depends on the size of your hands)
here is some part # for you.good luck
