95 HPOP questions

ok i have a 95 stroker and i think my HPOP is on the way out. it sets a cel pretty quick when you get on the throttle and seems to blow an awful lot of smoke.

first is there anyway to tell if you have a drain back hpop without removing it?

i am looking at the diesel site adrenaline hpop anybody have any experience with them, i know they are pretty new but the price seems really good.

will a bad hpop mess with your idle? my wildman chip makes lots of power but won't idle for crap untill it sits for about 15-20 seconds, in any setting but economy.

any help would be great.

There is an engine serial # split on the HPOP, if you look at a site that has stock HPOP's it will give the serial # break point.

Before you condemn the HPOP be sure you don't have IPR oring or injector oring issues, or even injector poppet issues. There have been some good test prioceedures posted that eleminate other causes. A call to Bob Riley would be good too (owner of dieselsite).
