Injector Options

Would I be better off installing a set of AD 140cc injectors or baby swamps 150cc? How much more power will I have and really how many CC's do the AD injectors put out on not including the pilot shot just the primary shot.
I have a set of AA injectors with 66,000 miles on them and am not sure if I should just trade with someone who has AD's or DIY build them?

150cc singles are more desirable than the splits! Don't go to splits, it's pretty much a step back, because part of the total cc rating is wasted in the pilot shot.
