injector questions

Ok I get a phone call from my father about how the injectors in his 98 e-series van box truck are shot. The garage said it will cost $3000 for injectors. This is a work truck so I don't know what would be a good injector for this thing. Also how hard will be to install these things on a 7.3.

Call Swamps, they have stock rebuilds for a helluva lot cheaper than most places(i.e. Ford)

Being a Eseries.. it's a PITA.

Seriously. Take the biggest pita you've ever had, then double it. But it's not worth 3k. Just bite the bullet and get some injectors or send your current ones in.

Agreed and I'd almost prefer to rub my crotch with a cheese grater than work on a Eseries.

I would see what price an International dealer ship has for rebuilt injectors.
