DP-tuner, Tony Wildman, Swamps diesel, power hungry performance, Cale @ BTS, Matt Robinson @ Gearheads, cant think of any more off the top of my head but those are the custom tuners

Where could I find one that is digital with live tuning as well as custom tunes instead of generic?

Live tuning is when the custom tuner, tunes your truck on the spot for you. and there are no digital chips out there for an OBS if thats what you mean

I meant sometihng I can tune myself using my computer. I found something from edge with 3 canned tunes that appears to plug into the OBD port @ swamps. Its made for 94+ 7.3L What do you think?

Im not sure about that, I dont think you can custom tune programmers for 7.3s, as for writing your own tunes, PHP sells the software but you will need to take a course to learn how to do it

Keep it simple bro... use something thats proven. you probably dont have the resourses to run it on a dyno... make changes... run it again... make more changes... alot of people run TW DP or SWAMPs for good reason... it works! Edge doesnt do anything with the trans... and i know you are already concerned when you did unboosted launches...

I've got a dyno I can run on all day to make changes, and I can run it down the track as often as I want too to make changes.

I'm not concerned with my trans, I wasn't the one driving so I told him not to do them
