Hood Stack
Im curious to see if a hood stack is legal in PA. I was thinking about flush mounting it in the hood with a flapper on it.

Hood stack isn't legal in any state for on-highway use vehicles per DOT.

When I had triple turbos on, the exhasut was basically a 'hood stack', though I didn't have the hood on.
I live next door to the sheriff's station and drove the truck for 2 weeks, passed way more cops than you will and nobody said nuthin. I even broke down along side the road once and cops drove right by... It might not be legal, but I bet not many will snag you on it, unless you're pumping freight train plumes of smoke...

id do it and leave the exhaust on just take out part so if you got a work order it would be easy to put back then you just change it back later lol

i've been thinking about doing a hood stack. i just have to find an old hood somewhere cause i dont want to cut my cowl hood. i've seen a few guys around my town do it and have not heard them having any problems.?

i dont see y it would be my exhaust used to dump out of the dp couldnt be much worse
