Cats gone I have to run exhaust from the downpipe back. The truck is wrecked.Right now the coresupport is off,I figured now would be the time to mod, easy access.I'm looking for mods I can do myself. Is their any stock parts that I can mod myself?

There isnt a whole lot you can do besides the DIY intake, CCV mod, you can do the FPR shim if you want but you should get a fuel pressure guage and from what Ive heard it doesnt do much for an OBS

Crank case vent, it sits on top of your drivers side valve cover, with the core support and everything off it would be a great time to do an intercooler and injectors like matt said if you have the cash
