What HP are we looking at

My buddy just bought an H2E modified, Hypermax stage 2 injectors, head studs, push rods, 5" exhaust, ATO race tranny, dual pumps, complete fuel system, Snow water meth stage 2 and Jody D. tunes. What are we looking for for HP. 35" tires with 4.10's

400 possibly more up to 450

I'd say 420-440 range

Well, I say the higher side of 450hp. Good tuning goes along way along with a great tranny. Also a 70/30 mix of Meth and Water.
