Turbo Timer On A Truck

ok this might be a stupid question i know that turbo cars have turbo timers well most of the turbo cars i was woundering if i could install a turbo timer on my 96 obs stroker has anyone done it or heard of people doing it?.

yes its been done i know quadzilla had a built in turbo time and on diesels there called cool down times same thing

If you have gauges you dont really need a timer you just let the truck cool down.

YES if you do a lot of hard driving. I hate sitting in the truck waiting for my egt gauge to drop to 300*

best bang for your buck is get a remote start. it serves 2 purposes. it will run for bout 5 to 10 minutes before it shuts down.
