aftermarket air intake
im thinking about buying an aftermarket air intake to replace my factory one, ive been looking at all the brands but don't know which one would be the best one to buy. the brands ive been looking at are S&B, K&N, and AFE. does anyone got any suggestions to what i should buy?

I have the AFE Stage 2 and love it. In my personal opinion I would not go with the K&N because I dont think it is nearly as good as the S&B or AFE. AFE all the way for me though

AFE on mine.
Everybody, even the guy that sells a lot of K&N, told me stay away from K&N on these trucks. |

Make your own. Works better and is waaaay cheaper 4in elbow and a donaldson filter and your good to go. There is a post somewhere that gives a part# for the filter.

Go with the 6637 www.fleetfliter.com air filters 436637 I believe is the number

ya i know all about the 6637 setup, i want to get a setup that has a reuseable filter and one with an enclosure too.

stay away from K&N, AFE stage II is teh best in my opinion

ya, i noticed that afe has like 3 or 4 different setups for my truck.
