MBRP exhaust?

anyone have it for a 1st gen psd? i was going to do a diamond eye 3" downpipe to custom 4 inch exhaust dumped out the side since this would be a cheaper route but i full exhaust system from mbrp is less then 500 bucks and is "factory fit" would it almost be worth it to go that route?

4" Downpipe wont fit without some massaging.

I like mine. I have an auto and it fit good, but I have heard horror stories for fitment issues with some 5 sp OBS trucks.
