Towing with injectors

Can I tow with stage 2's or should I just go with stage 1's ?

and I should have a built trans. good for 500hp. by next month

Sure you can you just have to watch your EGTs. An intercooler would help you out a ton.

just watch your gauges run a tow tune and when able to add the IC and you'll be fine

I have some piping, and a IC in the mail. is 500hp rated Trans. plenty for the stage 2's and I won't be towing all the time once a month or so, and how bad are they on the mpg's? and Thanks!!!

MPG will depend on how heavy your right foot is. Otherwise you shouldn't see much if any mileage drop.
