Lightbulb Help me build a 7.3

Alright. So i have this friend with a new 6.7l cummins. that keeps talking sh!t about how much faster he is than me. Well when i built my truck, i wasnt going for the fastest or most power or anything like that. And i am not going to just build the heck out of my truck to make it fast. . . . they just dont last as long. But i just got a 95 powerstroke w/ an automatic that i want to build up now, since i got it for cheap. Well it was using oil, but i found it is using it threw the injectors. so i am going to put new injectors in it but what kind of other stuff am i going to have to do to smoke this 6.7l. keep in mind it has mp8, edge juice, and staight piped. its a 6 spd manual. its pretty quick. I told him that i was going to make my stroke faster than his 6.7l ( if its possible ) and he got all smart and said "the day that happens, is the day i sell me truck". So i would love to see that day. . . if i dont go broke. So i am thinking about putting twins on it, injectors. custom tunes (whats better dp or wild??) and of course the tranny will need work. ( any comments on ATS?) just shoot me some ideas.

Sounds like it will be a fun build. Go with Tony Wildman for the tunes!

I would seek info from Scuffy. He had a post somewere about his 9k lb truck keeping up with a 2.5K lb BMW. And I think he's rolling on 38's and smokes all 4 going down the track.

Got to each of their web sites and see what fits you best.

As far as building your truck you will need at least 10Gs.

If you want the level Scuffy is at you will need at least 30Gs.
