Alright. So i have this friend with a new 6.7l cummins. that keeps talking sh!t about how much faster he is than me. Well when i built my truck, i wasnt going for the fastest or most power or anything like that. And i am not going to just build the heck out of my truck to make it fast. . . . they just dont last as long. But i just got a 95 powerstroke w/ an automatic that i want to build up now, since i got it for cheap. Well it was using oil, but i found it is using it threw the injectors. so i am going to put new injectors in it but what kind of other stuff am i going to have to do to smoke this 6.7l. keep in mind it has mp8, edge juice, and staight piped. its a 6 spd manual. its pretty quick. I told him that i was going to make my stroke faster than his 6.7l ( if its possible ) and he got all smart and said "the day that happens, is the day i sell me truck". So i would love to see that day. . . if i dont go broke.
So i am thinking about putting twins on it, injectors. custom tunes (whats better dp or wild??) and of course the tranny will need work. ( any comments on ATS?) just shoot me some ideas. |

I would seek info from Scuffy. He had a post somewere about his 9k lb truck keeping up with a 2.5K lb BMW. And I think he's rolling on 38's and smokes all 4 going down the track.
