Why don't you give them a call and ask about it. Just make sure you talk to someone who actually knows what they're selling, someone who works on trucks. It would be some good info to post up...

You will need to convert everything on your truck to SD turbo setup to run that turbo.

would you have to have the later 99 and up setup on there, or could you run the early 99 setup?
EDIT- NVM, it says its NOT a drop in replacement for the e-99 trucks. so I am guessing you have to have later model up pipes, intakes, turbo, pedistal, and Y pipe. |

Yes only for Late '99-'03 turbo set up only, so you would have to retrofit your OBS and that involves 'making room' at the firewall for it.

SD piping and 3in intake. i think a H2E would be better. |

Spoke with them today, and they say direct bolt on, although they would like for you to change the pedestal to a non ebpv one so to get full oil flow. They sell the pedestal too. Nice guys to talk to. Dave is the Ford guru. Very knowledgable and friendly.

This turbo is comparable to a 38R... so that would make it better then a stock H2E and FAR better then a D66.
