Wildman 6pos chip -no change

Ive had a Wildman 6 position chip for about 6 months now.
Its set at stock-economy-street-light tow-heavy tow and race
see no difference between stock and economy in boost-EGT's-fuel mileage or idle.
Street is a bump in power with same boost and egts as stock and economy.
Cant even tell if light tow does a thing or not.
Heavy tow and race -truck falls on its face
I get 15 -19 psi max boost letting the truck shift itself,If I hold gears manually I can see 22-25 psi.
cant get a direct shot at fitting to get an accurate fuel pressure reading at idle as of yet.Hate to send chip bak if nothings wrong with it.Could a fuel pressure issue be causing this lack of boost and performance?
I have a very small amount of soot on one of my up pipes and no audible hissing .Like I said it will build up to 25 psi of boost if it can rev out by manually shifting it .

Where on the up pipes is the soot? I would honestly send it back for a reburn, did you clean the PCM well? Maybe your tunes are out of order? My tony chip was amazing although I couldn't tell a difference between light and heavy tow

I followed the install instructions to the tee, small amount of soot near the top, about 1/2" has been the same since I got it 3 years ago, none on firewall or anywhere else on the pipes

May need up pipe gaskets, but sounds like chip may be faulty, send it back for a re burn
