TS 6 position Problems

Alright guys so i ordered a set of Swamps stage ones and sent my TS-6 to get retuned as well. i didnt have the time to put the injectors in untill this weekend so i figured id just plug the tuner in with the fresh tunes to see how the truck drove. Now the first tune is STD(whatever that means) 2nd tune is high idle 3rd is 50hp 4th is 75hp 5th 100hp and 6th is 140hp. The knob works and clicks fine but chip seems like its stuck on the 50hp tune, the high idle dont work and theres no noticable change in HP or smoke when i turn the knob. The guy at Swamps was very helpful and said he has had to send a guys a new cord for his TS... do u guys think thats the case? Has anyone had a similar issue??

Nope, but im mailing it out this morning, well see in a few days, luckily Swamps is only about 300 miles from me.
