500hp question

Obs 7.3 5 speed I have all of this done
238/200% hybrid
S366 t4 kit
Sd intercooler
Adrenalin hoop
Dp tunes
Sb clutch hate it lol
4in down pipe to 5
Electric fuel pump and reg

I'm hitting 412Hp and 728 tq
I want 500 but I need some help I thought it would be more

With only 238/200's? Thought the s366 was good for those sticks? What boost/egt are you hitting btw?

I personally think its a little on the small side for that size of injector

EDIT: What are the specs on the turbo?

Egt will hit well over 1600 at wot in fifth gear the sensor is in the manifold not dp
Boost 35psi on a oil pressure gauge

There r a lot of trucks one here with the same set up and there hitting a lot more hp than me I just want to know what else I need to do to get there
Will different dyno have different reading or are they all the same I just wondering if I need to go to a different dyno

Will water/meth put me above 500 or do I need to put a s467 to hit 500

Water meth will increase ya a bit, but 35psi is kinda low, I'd hit 32 stock sticks and charger on a Cali model, dyno's can read different from dyno to dyno

turbo is to small for a 238/200. its not as durable as a 38r which is similar in CFM, but if your set on keeping that charger then you better ad a gate or its going to go bye bye.

when I had my e99 I ran the S300 based billet 66/74/1.10 with 160/80s I could hit 48 lbs.
