Help list e4od upgrade parts

Id like to get a list of all e4od transmission upgrades, what everyone is running, pros and cons to upgrades. (Maybe it will become a sticky for people in my boat)

Red eagle clutches vs blue plate special vs machined hubs for extra stock thickness clutches
Upgraded sprags
Upgraded shafts
Pump mods
Valve bodies
Carbon fiber bands?
4 or 6 pinion planetary
What shift kit

TC's talk always seem to get a little heated since everyone has their our brand they like or have heard good things about so i wont get into those ti much just make sure it is a billet converter, triple disk, rated for your power level im going to run a low stall triple disk billet cover

Theres are some of the things i have researched and there is just to many to pick from different brands, different size valves, different spring rates.

I need a tranny rebuild and a bts is not in my budget at this time (hopefully one day soon) but untill then i need a tranny that will hold up. I have been doing alot of research but theres no clear answer to what works best some people like red eagle then others say since they are thinner that the teeth wear fast so they say to machine the hub and plate to get more stock thickness clutches in.

Thanks guys

Subscribed... I plan on installing a valve body from one of the notable trans people, and am still reading about which TC to install.

Im hoping to start ordering parts for my build soon. PATC has a lot of parts for e4od but the clutches is what I'm wanting to learn about bc i have found a lot about the thicker red eagles being crap but people seem to like the kolene steels with factory Borg frictions. And I'm also finding more good things about 1 sided clutches i just found out this weekend that my buddy runs one sided clutches in his 650hp dmax and they have held up for over two years now. Racing and sled pulling plus daily driving.
Im going to run the bts VB, transgo tugger kit with the pump mod and bigger boost valve I'm going to ditch the plastic drain back for the metal one, upgrade the sprags, bearing style center support, hardened shafts, and either one sided clutch or get new Borg warner clutches with machined drum or pressure plate to add more stock thickness clutches to each pack. Carbon fiber bands, steel 6 gear planetary forward rear, 4 pinion overdrive planetary
