Irate vs strictly

Ok so I'm wondering which regulated return system is better the irate system with the hard stainless lines or the strictly braided steel lines the strictly ones seem easy to install but there also $200 more so any input is good

Assuming we are talking on am OBS truck... You can't delete thw fuel bowl/fpr without converting to efuel.
