Fass question

Can someone give me some help on installing a fass titanium on a 97 7.3. First one ive done just looking for pointers

Any paticular reason the fass is no good? He done has it and is set on installing it. Anyone give any tips as to basics on it?

They cannot reliably keep up with the pressure that our trucks require. Fuelab Prodigy or Aeromotive A1000 are the pumps to use aftermarket. The OEM pumps are 100x than FASS or AD.

Fass and AirDog both are very good on injection pump / common rail diesels. Fass and AirDog are both primarily very high flow but very low pressure. Injection pump / Common rail diesels use a second pump mounted to the Acc. system that actually bumps the line pressure up to the needed level for injection. Both these pumps rely on the "low pressure" pumps to keep them primed but these pumps are only producing 12-26 psi. Our trucks do not have an injection / common rail pumps and all the flow and pressure is maintained by the Mechanical pump (if stock) in the engines valley or by the frame pump on modded OBS trucks up to Super Duties. Our HEUI trucks need a reliable 50-65psi to fill the injectors in a timely manner.
