finally h2e vs phat shaft turbo

need in put.very upet.i finally up graded to a h2e lots of head ache.it was a used kit had to make my own down pipe.modify a new hypermax boost tube.but got it all together.went for road test ran good no wasre gate so full boost all the time.but spool up the same if not slower ,egts the same i thought it would be lower.still lots of smoke at low rpms aas well on upper rpms.even on the 80 econo tune.just dont under stand.every thing iread on here h2e is the ticket with what i have.the same egt at the end oor a 1/4 mile run is the same with water/meth is 1589 wtf!!!! need some input.want bigger sticks but need help

2000 f250 crew cab 4x4 ,forged rods ,dp f5 modified stock 60 tow 80 econo 120 race 120 race with water methanol ,4" turbo back exhaust,jobe air intake,boost fooler,snow performance stage 3,all gauges,shift kit and triple disk billet converter,big oil,stage 2 single shots100% nozzles,h2e turbo , arp head studs,comp 910 springs ,diesel innovations regulated return ,air dog 150 with 1/2"pick up

Sounds like your not getting enough fuel to spool the turbo, (this is the obs section btw) your sig says stage 2's what exact size are you running?
