Yeah a ratchet wrench would be perfect for that I wish I would have had one becuase slowly working it with a regular wrench took forever, I think Im gonna have to pick one up for when I put it back on

Yep its a 10mm thats what all the valve cover bolts are except for the two on each one that supports the intake tubes on the drivers side and the oil dipstick support piece on the passenger side those are 1/2" but you just need a deep socket for those

wow that does look easy! so let me get this straight. on his website the rebuild kit is like 250 and the already machined parts are 250 which is optional. and thats with YOU rebuilding them, so its cheaper to pull em and let him do the work?

Well, kind of.
$250 for the basic Kit, $225 for the pre-machined Pistons that you get $50 back if you return your Piston cores. That totals $425. You might save more if you work in a machine shop or can get the pistons cut cheaper than $175. But to do that you'd need to take ALL the injectors apart at the same time and have them all cut, then go back and put them all together. By buying the pre-machined pistons you can rebuild the injectors one at a time.

Or I can build them for $475 including shipping.
It's all about profit margins. I want to make a sale. Either build them yourself, or I'll do it for you.

Some guys just like getting their hands dirty.
