looking for more power

I recently acquired a 96 f350 7.3 powerstroke diesel. I dont know much about mechanics or diesels but Im wondering how i can tell what it has for mods if any and im looking to get more power out of her. Any sugestions?

Nate,
Best bet would be to ask some of the more knowledgeable guys in the 7.3 performance section -

Take a picture of the engine from above, other then obvious bolt ons where going to assume all of it is stock, also is there any gauges or a knob of somesort inside the cab
