no smoke

First off, before I get bashed by everyone, I just wanted to let you know that I don't care if my 7.3 rolls coal because I know with the stock injectors, it won't. I have the 6.4 to get a coal rolling fix (off road of course). But I just installed a TS 6 position chip and did everything right. I can tell it does go through the different tunes because the high idle comes on and the different tunes feel more powerful. However I know that on the higher tunes, if you step on it some smoke should come out. On the 140 extreme, I can step on it and get nothing. I know this could be a good thing and it means the truck is running perfect but there has to be something wrong to get no smoke. Ive seen youtube videos where a lot will come out. Makes me think i have a bad injector. Any other suggestions?
P.S.: I know everyone with a modified truck on here has rolled coal before so don't use that excuse.

Any other mods? The edge will put out smoke, but most tunes won't because well the injectors are tiny compared to people putting out big numbers (over 300 ) I'm sure you get at least a small puff

Even on the 140 extreme setting you are only making a little more than 60hp over stock at the flywheel with 90cc injectors plus if that is a canned tune chip you are not getting the potential that a custom tuned chip can. Btw do yourself a favor and ditch the k&n filter.

I'm not sure but I think that ts might have changed their tunes in the latest chips. Ts are known for their smoke and it looks like the epa has been harassing diesel tuning companies lately so they might be trying to dodge the yuppies. You might be the newest casualty in the fight for a greener earth.... or maybe just a little less soot covered?

Wow. Really? Yes my user name is CILcoalroller because I do enjoy rolling coal. But I don't do it on the highway unless someone is on my a**. But don't tell me to sell the trucks. There are a lot worse people out there (especially Cummins owners) who feel they have to dump coal on everyone. I do not plan on making my 7.3 smoke or get larger injectors I was just curious as to why it wouldn't smoke even if I redlined it. Every other truck with a TS seemed to smoke pretty good. So why don't YOU not be such a d-bag because YOU are making powerstroke owners look like d-bags.

I'm still thinking bad injector. It has an extremely rough idle, warm or cold.
