Electric Cooling Fan CFM?

I'm using a 97 Powerstroke in a repower project, and I'm a little short on length. The fan is too far forward and I could really use the 4+ inches I could gain by ditching the mechanical fan for electric. The question is, how many CFM do I need to keep it cool? I won't be towing more than probably 4000lbs, and the vehicle it's going in will have a curb weight of about 5500lbs. I'm in MN, so in summers I can see temps of 100+ occasionally, and those are likely days I'd be towing a pontoon (about 2500 lbs).
