unwanted tensioner contact

well my truck is at it again something else is wrong lol. so my question is has anybody dealt with a similar issue. basically whats going on is my belt tensioner is contacting the mounting bolt for the tensioner assembly has anybody had the same issue and how did you fix it thank you

Sounds like the bolt is backing out. Can you post a pic, or a short video?

OEM tensioner or aftermarket? Did this just come up out of nowhere?

I pulled the belt off and tried to tighten it down and it barely turned in so Idk and I've never changed it so I'm not sure and after I took it on a trip it wasn't doing it anymore and once I get it back from the shop (getting a triple disk torque converter) I'll get you some pictures
